Welcome to LuaTrade, a Brand Evolution Corporation product! We are happy to offer you a tool to backtest and automate your stock trading strategy. First, we need to agree to a few terms that will allow us to continue developing and improving our product and for you to have a positive experience on our platform. By using our Services, you agree that you have read and understood the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Payments and Subscription

LuaTrade provides premium services in addition to our free features. All payments are processed by Stripe (https://stripe.com). LuaTrade does not handle or store your credit card and payment information.

All plans are subscription-based and will be automatically renewed at the end of the billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation and Refunds

We believe that you will be satisfied with the quality of our Services. However, if you choose to cancel your annual plan subscription within 30 (thirty) days of purchase, we will issue you a full refund. Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable.

Financial Data and Analysis

LuaTrade gathers all financial information from third-party providers, including public sources. LuaTrade makes no claim or representations to the accuracy or completeness of the data provided in our Services. Financial information includes but is not limited to price history, stock quotes, and company information.

The data collected is also provided with a delay, often of 15 minutes or more. When your strategy is set to run automatically, LuaTrade does not guarantee when or if it will be executed.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. LuaTrade is not licensed to give financial advice and is not associated with a financial institution. Do not make financial decisions based on the data or services provided by LuaTrade.

Our Services are to be used for research and educational purposes only. The services, materials, and content provided by LuaTrade are not intended to assist you in making financial decisions. LuaTrade will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of our Services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
